Terms & Conditions/ Booking Process

Booking & Payment

Payment to be made as follows: Retainer (half of the invoiced amount) is due up front for booking. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email where you can pay via Credit or Debit. Once payment is made you will be sent a calendar invite to the same email with all the details of the session. Once you finalize your selections, the other half of your payment will be due.

Process

A link via email will be sent for the Online Gallery where you can select your images that you wish to submit for editing/download your videos. Once this is complete you will notify me that you’re ready to move forward with editing. This is when the final half of the invoice will be due. (Any selections over the amount listed on the invoice is an additional charge. No unedited or RAW images will be provided for download unless copyright ownership is purchased.)

I will then edit the images and upload them in most cases within 2-4 business days. This will be sent to your email. You will then be able to download your images and order prints from the gallery. Flash Drives/ CDs are available for an additional charge of $15 and will be shipped.

Rescheduling

The session retainer is non refundable, however the unlikely event that Eli Mabli Photography needs to cancel your appointment your retainer will be refunded unless the appointment is rescheduled.

Editing

Basic Editing: Included in the package and includes white balancing, color correction, exposure correction, cropping, and the removal of people and objects not relevant to the image.

Premium Editing: Is available for an additional fee and includes skin retouching, dodging & burning, background removal, hair retouching & flyaway removal, blemish removal, image transposing, body shape adjustments, eye enhancement, logo additions, etc.

Copyrights:

You will be sent a non-exclusive Copyright Release for the media upon request. Copyright Ownership will remain with Eli Mabli Photography. If you wish to purchase this copyright please discuss this with us for pricing.

Advertising:

Eli Mabli Photography reserves the right to use photographs for advertising purposes. If you would not like your photos to be used for advertisement or sale you can purchase the Ownership Copyright.

Printing:

All printing must be done through your online gallery. If you purchase the ownership rights you may print them elsewhere.
